Kristin graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Des Moines University in 2010. She also received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology with a minor in Mathematics from Concordia College. Kristin has over 6 years of experience treating patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting with extensive experience in post-operative rehabilitation. She has advanced training in Postural Restoration, which focuses on evaluation and treatment of the entire body in order to optimize function and prevent repetitive strain injuries. This approach is especially useful in cases of multiple pain locations and chronic pain syndromes such as fibromyalgia where traditional Physical Therapy has failed.
In her free time, Kristin enjoys spending time with her family which includes her husband, Adam, and their twin boys, Carter & Liam. She likes to stay physically active by biking, hiking, spending time outdoors, and practicing yoga.
