Massage sessions are much more with Apex!

Meet Haley

I’m Haley, I’m originally from Lisbon, ND where I grew up. I attended the massage therapy program at Elite Massage Academy in Fargo, ND and graduated valedictorian of my class in April of 2021.

I completed the 1100 program which includes in-depth training in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Cupping, Trigger Point Therapy, Kinesiotaping, Myofascial release, injury protocols, and  special personal focus on migraine and headache relieving techniques.

I have always felt drawn to the medical, and correctional work of massage and is thrilled to join the Apex team in September of 2022. My primary work is Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Migraine Treatment and Prevention.  Haley has a passion for digging to find the root of an issue or pain, and work to relieve that with long-lasting effects.

In my personal life, I love being active with volleyball, softball, and spending time with her dog.
