We serve individuals receiving self-directed services for Autism, Medically Fragile and Traditional Individuals with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities waivers. Veridian began the services in the state of North Dakota in 2018.
Sometimes I feel a bit like the Mrs. Claus of Apex while helping these families get the supplies they need to be ordered and to their house.
I work with social workers (and usually other parts of their care team) in the area that have contacted me to make invoices for supplies needed for the kids. I make an invoice and they submit it to get approved by the state for the purchasing process.
I love helping these families and kids in this process of getting them the supplies they need in their homes to provide the best care they can. I strive to perform excellent care to the social workers, the child’s care team, and the families during this process to make it as easy as possible.
We help provide these services to families year around. This service can provide families with items that can be used for possible homeschooling, keeping the kids content during the day, or providing items that help with daily care for these individuals.
If you are wondering if you qualify for these services, feel free to contact your case worker for information on this program.
