Following this surgery, a physical therapist can work with you to increase your range of motion and strength. Your physical therapist may work on your posture or create a home exercise program for you to help you avoid future injury and return to your prior activities.

Treatments May Include:

  • Range of motion exercises
  • Home exercise program

At Apex, your physical therapist will assess your body after surgery and work with you to create a treatment plan that best suits your individual goals and needs.
