Casey Andrews, PT, DPT, OCS
Doctor of Physical Therapy, Orthopedic Certified Specialist
Casey graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of South Florida in 2015. After graduating from physical therapy school she completed a one-year Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency Program at the James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital in Tampa, Florida and earned her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification in June 2017.
Casey has taken over 100 hours of continuing education through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute to further specialize in treating pelvic floor and Women’s Health conditions including prenatal and post-partum issues, incontinence, pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, and diastasis recti.
Casey and her husband Bryan have a daughter, Mya, and two dogs Nelli and Isla. She loves running, spending time at the lake, hiking, reading, baking, and traveling.
Casey treats patients at our Jamestown and LaMoure locations.
