Arthroscopic Elbow Debridement

Arthroscopic elbow debridement is a procedure that removes tissue in the elbow joint that have been damaged and is now causing pain or limited movement. Following this surgery, a physical therapist can work with you to increase your range of motion and strength.

Your physical therapist may work on activity-specific tasks or create a home exercise program for you to help you avoid future injury and return to your prior function.

Treatments May Include:

  • Range of motion exercises
  • Strengthening Exercises
  • Activity Specific Training
  • Create a home exercise program

At Apex, your physical therapist will assess your body after surgery and work with you to create a treatment plan that best suits your individual goals and needs.
