Kayla is a Board-Certified Women’s Health Clinical Specialist (WCS) graduating with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from University of Mary in May 2015. She also received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Athletic Training with minors in Health Care Administration and Wellness. Kayla has advanced training in many pelvic floor conditions such as urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, constipation, pre/post-partum conditions, along with pediatric pelvic floor dysfunction (bedwetting, constipation, daytime accidents). Kayla also has training in visceral manipulation which is used for many abdominal/digestive conditions and has found great success using this technique to give patients a better quality of life.

Kayla is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and a part of the Section on Women’s Health. Kayla also serves as the State Representative for ND and local contact for the Section on Women’s Health members. Kayla continues to seek additional training and is currently working on her certification as a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, along with certification in rehabilitative ultrasound used in treatment for different pelvic health conditions.

In her free time, Kayla enjoys spending time with her husband, Brad, daughter Brynlee and their newest addition Karsen. She also enjoys time at her family’s lake cabin, biking, swimming, and using her creative side with different “Pinterest” projects.
