Plantar Fascia Release
During a plantar fasciitis release part of the plantar fascia ligament, located around the arch of your foot, is cut to release tension and relieve inflammation in order to decrease pain. Following your surgery, physical therapy can help you return to your previous activities.
Your treatment may include:
- Strength exercises
- Range of motion exercises
- Manual Therapy
- Plan of progress
