Rachel Failing, PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Rachel graduated from the University of North Dakota as a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2013. Much of her time since graduation has been spent treating patients with neuromuscular disorders such as multiple sclerosis, stroke, Parkinsons, adults with cerebral palsy, spinal cord injury, falls and balance patients. She also works with common orthopedic issues such as shoulder, knee, hip and back pain. She has a special interest in osteoporosis and is trained in the Meeks Method Treatment for Osteoporosis. The Meeks Method Approach is a comprehensive treatment approach aimed at preventing and reversing common patterns of postural change that occur with age. She has also done training with Modern Management of the Older Adult (MMOA) as well. MMOA is a fitness-forward approach to the treatment of the older adult that recognizes many older adults are under dosed with their exercise prescriptions and works with each individual to help them achieve their highest level of function. Rachel enjoys being part of her patient’s journey to better function and celebrating their successes with them.
In her spare time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her friends and family, listening to Hidden Brain Podcasts, and tries to “enjoy the little things.”
Rachel treats patients at our West Fargo location.
