Lie on your back and reach your arms overhead. You can even use a pillow or towel to help.
Try Sphinx Pose and lie on your back and push up on your elbows. Push your forearms to the floor.
Try Bridge Pose and lie on your back with your feet and walk up to your hips. Remember to exhale and lift hips up, so your weight is on your shoulders. Stay here for 30-60 seconds and focus on your breath.
Try Warrior II and face forward and walk your feet away from each other. Raise your arms to shoulder height with your palms down. Point your toes outward and turn your body to face the right. Then bend your right knee and hold for 30-60 seconds.
