Licensed Massage Therapist

Apex Physical Therapy & Wellness Center is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to help facilitate the growth of its massage program. Apex is looking for a part to full-time, passionate LMT with good business sense and therapy skills to grow their own practice. Night-time & some daytime hours available, flexibility with schedule and in-house referrals.

Qualifications will include but are not limited to:

• Licensed in the state of ND
• Team Player
• Good skill in Deep Tissue & Neuromuscular therapies
• Proficient in anatomy
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to represent Apex in community functions
• Proficient in computer skills
• Dedication to continuing education & willingness to learn
• Knowledge of musculo-skeletal injuries & massage techniques used to work on those conditions
• 1-3 years of experience preferred, but not required
• Interest in CranioSacral therapy or Lymphatic Drainage technique preferred but not required

Licensed Massage Therapist (Jamestown/LaMoure Locations)

Apex Physical Therapy & Wellness Center is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to help facilitate the growth of its massage program in the Jamestown/LaMoure Locations. Apex is looking for a part to full-time, passionate LMT with good business sense and therapy skills to grow their own practice in two busy clinics. Night-time & some daytime hours available, flexibility with schedule and in-house referrals. Some travel will be required to facilitate programs at both locations. The program has been started but needs someone to grow it and make it flourish.

Patient Care Coordinator

Job Description:
Apex Physical Therapy is looking for a friendly, fast learning professional that can handle all duties of a Physical Therapy clinic front desk position. This person will handle all incoming communication and should be able to work together with others to achieve the best possible outcomes for our patients. In this position, you will greet and register patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, verify insurance and coordinate patient care for the duration of the treatment plan. Requirements for this position include proficient computer skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work independently, excellent customer service skills, highly organized with attention to detail, reliability. Previous experience in health care field is preferred. Monday through Friday work week, no nights, or holidays. Benefits include paid holidays, 401k, health insurance.

Required Qualifications:

An Associate Degree or the equivalent

• Good knowledge of computer skills, Microsoft Word, Publisher, and Excel.

Job Duties:

• Greeting and directing patients upon entry to the facility.
• Answering phone calls and emails to and from patients/clients and/or outside vendors and answering needs.
• Display composure, politeness, cheerfulness, and patience in all situations occurring at Apex Physical Therapy & Wellness Center.
• Maintain HIPAA standards in all interactions with patients via written or verbal interaction over the phone, email or in person.
• Work with each therapist to always keep treatment schedules as full as possible.
• Be capable of prioritizing multiple tasks in an efficient and thorough manner.
• Perform daily cleaning of bathrooms, empty garbage cans, and maintain floors properly for adequate daily functioning. A complete list will be provided.
• Communicate appropriately with other clinics, networks, and professional organizations to keep Apex active in the communities we serve.
• Willingness to accept other duties as assigned.
