Beth is a dedicated and experienced professional with a strong background in healthcare, customer service, and marketing. She has also worked as a certified Patient Access trainer, helping others learn and gain experience. With educational credits from the University of North Dakota and Minnesota State University, she has spent the past 10 years making a difference in healthcare and over 15 years excelling in customer service roles. Beth’s diverse skill set is further enriched by her experience in sales and marketing, making her a valuable asset to our team.
Outside of work, Beth enjoys a fulfilling personal life with her husband, their 2-year-old son, and their daughter, whom they welcomed in October 2023. She loves baking, reading, spending time outdoors, and cherishing moments with her family and friends.
