Headache Blues

  • Causes: Overuse of pain relief medications, such as aspirin, acetaminophen, or ibuprofen. 

Hormone Headaches

  • Symptoms: Similar to migraines, often linked to menstrual cycle, pregnancy, or menopause. 
  • Causes: Hormonal fluctuations.
