Hip Exercises that are as Good as Gold

Hip mobility refers to the ability of the hip joint to move freely and efficiently through its full range of motion. It is crucial for overall movement, athletic performance, and injury prevention.

Improving your hip mobility can enhance your functional movements such as squatting, hinging, walking, jumping and running. Improved hip flexibility and range of motion can help prevent injuries, even in the lower back and knees. Good hip mobility also contributes to better posture and alignment, which can reduce strain on other parts of your body.
