Chris is originally from Bismarck, ND, and moved to the Fargo-Moorhead area in 2012 to attend MSUM, where she studied Graphic Communications. After graduating, she worked as a freelance designer and spent time in two print shops before transitioning into patient access.
In 2023, she began scheduling as a patient access representative at Sanford Orthopedics while also studying computer programming, database management, and data analysis. She is passionate about helping others in the healthcare field and enjoys continuing to learn JavaScript frameworks and building web applications in her free time.
As a highly crafty and creative person, Chris enjoys crocheting, sewing, needle felting, punch needle, and creating digital graphics. A big part of her personality is her love for richly imagined worlds, with The Lord of the Rings, Studio Ghibli, and Fullmetal Alchemist among her favorites. She shares her home with a big orange cat named Kramer, more plants than she’d like to admit, and a large collection of jigsaw puzzles. She often describes herself as “tech-savvy with grandma hobbies.”
