Physical Inactivity is one of the main drivers when it comes to low back pain. By simply increasing activity we can help to improve posture and lessen pain.
Back pain can also be caused by a lack of flexibility. By doing daily stretches to work on this, you may also see some relief. A few examples of stretches that can be beneficial include:
Weakness in the muscles of the back can also lead to lower back pain. Working on training these muscles can help with posture as well as hopefully making you more comfortable. Muscle Imbalances can also lead to some issues as well. It is important to train all of the major muscle groups to be balanced. Focusing on the Back Extension, Seated Row and Lat Pull Down can all help with a well-balanced back, but also focusing on keeping these in balance with the Chest Press can be very beneficial.
