Jessica is originally from Hawley, MN, where she grew up and attended school. She graduated in 2008 from the College of St. Catherine from the Physical Therapy Assistant program. After graduation, she went on to practice in orthopedics, geriatric, and aquatic therapy practices in the Twin Cities area.
After she underwent post-surgical lymph drainage massage, she was inspired to go back to school. She graduated from Elite Massage Academy in 2023.
Jessica has a strong desire to help people feel their best and achieve their maximum potential, along with making everyone feel comfortable and at ease. She enjoys using Lypmh Drainage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, and Migraine Treatment and Prevention techniques.
Jessica has completed Lymphatic Drainage 1 and Visceral Manipulation 1 (abdomen).
In Jessica’s personal life, she enjoys making memories with her two children, spending time outside at her lake home, and quality time with family and friends.
Jessica is eager to continue learning and is thrilled to be part of the Apex team.
