Tiffany graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree from the University of Mary in Bismarck in 2019. She grew up in Moorhead, MN and graduated from Concordia College receiving her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology in 2016.
Tiffany is the newest member of the pelvic health team at Apex and has had a special interest in pelvic floor rehabilitation since graduating in 2019. She has advanced training through Herman and Wallace in treating pelvic health-related conditions such as urinary and fecal incontinence, constipation, and chronic pelvic pain for both women and men. She received her Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification, PCES, and has a passion for promoting physical therapy throughout pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
Tiffany has also expanded her knowledge with classes outside of the pelvic floor realm including treating TMJ Dysfunction and postural Restoration, and is a certified LSVT BIG provider, which involves training increased amplitude of limb and body movement in people with Parkinson’s disease and other neurological conditions to use bigger movements in daily life.
In her free time, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter born in 2022 and their 2 lovable pups. Her hobbies include golfing, hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
