A versatile piece of equipment: The Pelvicore Ball

You may have seen the Pelvicore Ball mentioned in a couple of our “favorite things” blogs.

One reason it is so loved by our therapists is the versatility it provides for our workouts!

Exercises can be manipulated to work several different muscle groups in several different positions—the way we use our muscles on a daily basis!

This piece of equipment also allows room for a little creativity, which our therapists love of course! Check out some of the images below to see some examples of how WE use the Pelvicore Ball and what each exercise targets!
