Alya grew up in Fargo, ND and graduated from Davies High School in 2018. Growing up, she competed in a variety of different sports such as track & field, gymnastics, and dance. She went on to attend the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and was a part of the nationally ranked Rebel Girls & Company Dance Team. During her time at UNLV, her team was awarded multiple National Championships and multiple World Titles from 2019-2023. Alya then graduated with a Degree in Public Health and moved back to Fargo, ND to continue her dance coaching and choreography career. She currently coaches and choreographs for BAS Dance Studios located in Fargo and also coaches the NDSU Bison Dance Team. She is excited to start her new career with the EGYM at Apex and looks forward to the future ahead!
