Sarah is a Licensed Massage Therapist who graduated from the Fargo School of Massage Therapy in January 2026. She has earned both an Associate of Science and an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Lake Region State College in 2023.
Her background in nursing strongly shapes her approach to massage therapy. With a solid foundation in anatomy, physiology, and patient-centered care, she emphasizes safety, clinical awareness, and individualized treatment. This allows her to better support each client’s unique needs while promoting both physical relief and overall well-being.
She is trained in a range of modalities, including deep tissue, Swedish, cupping, and prenatal massage. Her work centers on creating a calm and supportive environment where clients can feel safe enough to fully relax, helping them step out of their minds and reconnect with their bodies to support natural healing.
Outside of her practice, Sarah enjoys spending time in nature, reading, traveling, walking her dogs, and engaging in creative crafts such as knitting and crocheting.
