Haley is originally from Lisbon, ND where she grew up and attended school. She attended the massage therapy program at Elite Massage Academy in Fargo, ND and graduated valedictorian of her class in April of 2021. Haley completed the 1100 program which includes in-depth training in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Cupping, Trigger Point Therapy, Kinesiotaping, Myofascial release, injury protocols, and special personal focus on migraine and headache relieving techniques.
Haley has always felt drawn to the medical, and correctional work of massage and is thrilled to join the Apex team in September of 2022. Her primary work is Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Migraine Treatment and Prevention. Haley has a passion for digging to find the root of an issue or pain, and work to relieve that with long-lasting effects. Since starting at Apex Haley has completed Lymphatic Drainage 1 and CranioSacral Therapy 1.
In Haley’s personal life, she enjoys being active with volleyball, softball, and spending time with her dog.
