Sarah attended the massage therapy program at The Salon Professional Academy in Fargo ND, and graduated in 2011. She worked on her own in a variety of settings such as salons, spas and chiropractic.
Sarah found her calling at Apex in November of 2014. She specializes in deep tissue, lymphatic drainage therapy, sports massage, and raindrop essential oil techniques. Sarah is state and nationally certified and has received additional education in sports, prenatal, essential oils, lymph drainage, and hot stone massage.
Sarah has a strong desire to help people feel their best and achieve their maximum potential, along with making everyone feel comfortable and at ease. She & her husband, Matt, have 4 children, Isabel, Emma, Jon & Jack.
